INSTALLATION NOTES:
 
Universal Theme patcher
If the theme don't work run the theme patcher in the theme folder and reboot.
Right click on the desktop and in the menu select Personalize and select theme.
If the theme don't look right select the Aero Basic theme then the custom theme.

THEME RESOURCE CHANGER
This is a little hack so you can just change themes and so that you don't have to patch some system files.
Like Explorer.exe, Explorerframe.dll and shell32.dll. So just click on x86 or x64 and reboot or end and
restart Explorer.exe in windows task manager. 
NOTE: 

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE THIS INSTALL YOU DO NOT HAVE TO INSTALL THIS AGAIN!
